Royal Pines is a fully integrated international resort including 330 room hotel, 27 holes championship
golf courses, clubhouse, golf shop, gymnasium, tennis courts, restaurants, marina and residences. The
West Course provides a tougher test of golf for the championship player. The East Course is home to
the Australian Ladies Masters. The courses feature impeccably groomed fairways, 17 fresh and

Palm Meadows Golf Course is renowned as the venue for one of Australia's richest golf tournaments
¨ the Palm Meadows Cup. The resort now offers accommodation at the 308-room Radisson Resort
Palm Meadows. The course has attracted the world's top players but was designed by Graham Marsh
in such a way that any standard of player can try the shots that the legends have played. Palm
Meadows is well known for its 18th hole where many a friendly wager has been won or lost on this
superb 523m finishing experience. The course also features the famous 'bamboo curtain' where Greg
Norman lost his teed-off ball in the Palm Meadows Cup. Set on 350 hectares, the resort offers a large
range of golfing merchandise in its pro shop and includes top class tennis facilities, day/night driving
range, Japanese bath houses, saunas, bars and restaurants. Open to the public 365 days a year, it is

Located minutes from the Gold Coast beaches, Lakelands Golf Club is Australia's first Jack Nicklaus
signature golf course and offers a standard of experience and service generally recognized as
outstanding. The Golden Bear's influence includes his trademark bunkers and water features,
a selection of five tee positions and the finest playing grasses. Facilities include a world-standard
practice facility, a drive-through restaurant between the 9th and 10th holes, a golf shop and the Jack
Nicklaus Golf School. The course is only open for a limited number of corporate golf days and
memberships. The clubhouse is a feature offering a luxurious venue for private functions. Lakelands
has introduced two regular tournaments ¨ the Lakelands Open, a men's stroke vent, open to all AGU
handicap players and played off the black Nicklaus tees every Wednesday; and the Lady Bear Open,

Nestled in a creek side valley beside the Robina Town Centre on Australia's Gold Coast, the Glades
was recently voted Queensland's No 1 resort course by Golf Australia's 2003 - "Australia's top 25
courses". This picturesque 6,420-metre championship course has been described as one of Greg
Norman's "best ever" designs. Challenging golfers of all abilities, this picturesque par 72 championship
course is now Queensland's No 1 resort course. In addition to providing fantastic facilities, the Glades
Golf & Spa along will promise to provide a level of service that is second to none. Their Bag Drop
attendants will greet guests as they arrive and will assist with your handling of golf clubs, the Starter
will give golfers information about the course and its surrounds. The Player Assistant will be of service

Nestled in the picturesque lakes area of Robina are 18 of the most inviting holes of championship golf
on the Gold Coast. Only 10 minutes from Broadbeach, Colonial Golf Course is a haven of tranquility and
home to a myriad of flora and fauna that inhabit its waterways. The par 72 resort layout carves its
way through 39 hectares of towering gums, picturesque lakes and meandering waterways. It has
become renowned as a beautifully groomed course with lush fairways and meticulously manicured
greens. In fact, the Colonial playing surfaces are widely regarded as being consistently well
conditioned and among the best on the Gold Coast. The stunning Queenslander-style clubhouse

Set on 65 hectares of undulating woodland and hills is one of the most stunning golf courses on the
Gold Coast. For 10 years golfers throughout the world have been enjoying great golf at Robina

testimonials written by visitors. The course is set among towering gum trees and features a wide
variety of beautiful trees and shrubs, where over 100 species of birds can be observed. And the

This championship links-style course was designed by five times British Open winner Peter Thomson
and partner Mike Wolveridge. They have created a course rich in the traditional features of the great
courses of England and Scotland. With bunkers that look to be shaped by the wind and rain and
undulating fairways winding through the Hope Island wetlands, any golfer could be forgiven for
thinking they are playing on a course as old as the game itself. You can stay and play at Hope Island
Resort with a Stay 'n' Play package featuring accommodation in fully appointed three-bedroom golf
course villas. Packages include accommodation, rounds of golf and breakfast. The $17 million
Mediterranean-style clubhouse stands alone in excellence and décor among its peers, featuring
superb facilities including two restaurants, conference rooms and locker rooms with spa, sauna and

Parkwood International Golf Course is a unique golf course set in natural contoured Australian
bushland. It is a public golf course which is enjoyable and relaxing to play in an Australian natural
setting with affordable price and visitors are welcome. The 18-hole par 72 championship course covers
6043 meters and is challenging for all levels of golfers. Situated only 15 minutes by car from Surfers
Paradise and 45 minutes from Brisbane. The well-appointed Clubhouse overlooks much of the course
and is open 7 days for light lunch or a quiet drink. The lounge and restaurant areas cater for all
functions. Visitors may hire all equipment including motorized carts.



Gainsborough Greens GC

Having hosted three Queensland PGA titles, Gainsborough Greens is among the State's elite golf
courses. It is also the type of course social players can enjoy. Carved out of attractive countryside, the
course offers a scenic mixture of well-grassed fairways and native bushland. Situated 25 minutes by
car from Surfers Paradise and 35 minutes from Brisbane, the course features more than 10,000 native
trees with 22 water hazards. The clubhouse is fully equipped with spacious locker rooms, spa, steam
room, sauna facilities and a luxurious lounge bar. Gainsborough Greens rewards accuracy although
there are two or three holes where you can get away with a little bit of wayward driving. The par fives
are realistically reachable for most golfers in three and with the right wind conditions, a big hitter can
find their ball one putt away from an eagle. Visitors are welcome.



Emerald Lakes GC

Emerald Lakes Golf Club caters for the local and visiting golfer with an attractive and challenging 18
hole course at affordable rates. Ideally situated, Emerald Lakes is less than 10 minutes drive from
Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. Facilities are comprehensive and include a pro shop with hire clubs,
buggies and motorized golf carts. The Federation-style clubhouse offers a fully licensed bar and bistro
with an excellent menu for indoor or outdoor dining. The driving range is open from 6am to 9pm seven
days, including one putting green, two chipping greens and two practice bunkers. Competitive rates, a
variety of membership packages and corporate or social golf days make Emerald Lakes Golf Club

Coolangatta and Tweed Heads GC

Located beside the majestic Tweed River, the club offers two 18 hole courses and a magnificent
clubhouse. The West Course, established in 1926, is slightly undulating with superb flora. It has been
designed as a wildlife sanctuary and features koalas and an abundance of birdlife including several
species of migratory birds. The wide fairways are a feature and all the par fives can be reached in two
shots by powerful hitters. The River Course requires power and accuracy. There are beautiful tree
-lined fairways adjacent to the Tweed River with some played through rainforest. The 18th hole
has been the scene of thrilling moments in major tournaments including the Queensland Open.
Danny's Restaurant overlooks the golf course and Tweed River. Free entertainment can be enjoyed
each Friday and Saturday night. Visitors are welcome.



Kooralbyn International Resort

Opened in 1979, Kooralbyn differs from most other golf courses and enjoys the reputation of being
one of the most unique layouts in Australia. Course designer Desmond Muirhead placed 18 different
holes onto a true Australian landscape that golfers share with kangaroos, wallabies and over 300
species of birdlife. The front nine winds through the valleys and old watercourses, demanding tee shot
accuracy. The back nine is set in the basin of the valley and flirts with 25 acres of lakes requiring target
golf. The long par 4, 15th hole, with a double water carry for the more ambitious, is included in The 18
Toughest Golf Holes in Australia voted by Business Review Weekly. The picturesque 220 meter par 3,
5th hole, provides a breathtaking backdrop from the tee, situated over 100 feet above the green.
