At the Australasian Golf Academy, we offer a range of programs to suit your needs,
whether you are interested in a flexible part-time program of golf instruction, practice
and playing or a formal qualification in the sport industry. Certificate II or III in Sport
programs can be completed in one year, or you can choose to concentrate solely on
your golf skills with the Professional Golf Training Program. Regardless of which
program you choose the standard of instruction and facilities will be of the highest
standard. The AGA's certificate programs are delivered from the National Sport Training
Package, meaning that credit should be available towards your future study.

Suggested Gap Year programs would be:
Professional Golf Training Program
This is a more structured, full-time program for students who are serious about improving their golf
skills. The Professional Golf Training Program is nationally accredited and can be undertaken for
durations of up to one year with a student visa.
Diploma of Sport(Development) - Golf
The program is primarily designed for students who wish to develop their golf skills and techniques, to
pursue a career as a golf coach, and who desire a formal sport qualification that will be recognized by
the golf industry and clients worldwide.
Certificate II in sport-Golf or Certificate III in Sport-Golf
This is a full-time program for students who are serious about improving their golf skills and who want
to obtain a formal qualification at the same time. The certificate programs are nationally accredited and
successful graduates are awarded a Certificate II or III in Sport (Career Oriented Participation).
A student visa is required for this program.
