Note that for overseas' students, (i) RPL may impact on the duration of the student's visa. If the RPL is granted before visa grant, AGA will advise on the actual net course duration (as reduced by RPL). If the RPL is granted after visa grant, AGA will report the change in course duration. Note that it is a condition of a student visa that the student must be involved in fulltime study and that if they finish their course early, the student must enroll in another CRICOS-registered course or depart Australia immediately unless they have been given authorization by DIAC to remain in Australia. (ii) An RPL will not be granted where it may result in the student having less than a fulltime study load (minimum 20 hours per week)
