The Australasian Golf Academy will be closed for public holidays on the dates below. If you are
scheduled to start a course on one of these dates, your course will actually start on the next day that
AGA is open.
Queensland Public Holidays for 2010
AGA will open from 4 January 2010
Please note that AGA will be closed between 20 December 2010 to 2 January 2011. AGA will re-open
on 3 January 2011.

AGA HOLIDAYS
For students enrolled in the Australasian Golf Academy's Certificate and Diploma program, the
academic year has four 11 week terms, 1 week holiday periods follow each term.

For all other students enrolled in either the Professional Golf or Golf & English Programs, student can
enroll on any Monday through our the year, except two week over the Christmas New Year holiday
break.
During Holidays
Free access to the golf course, driving range or gymnasium during holiday period is not provided.
However, students may purchase from the AGA office a discounted range card or golf packages.
Special Leave
During semester period, students may apply in writing to the Director requesting special leave.
This leave is only for bereavement, health or exceptional reasons and will be reviewed on a case-by
-case basis.
Tuition Fees must be up-to-date prior to special leave being granted and attendance must be
satisfactory.
When special leave is granted, AGA will endeavor to support clients to complete their course in the
agreed time frame. However, this cannot be guaranteed and your course and or student visas may
need to be extended.
